İİT Üyesi Ülkeler Düşünce Kuruluşları Forumu’nun birincisinde oluşturulması önerilen ve ikincisinde teyit edilen “ISTTP (İslam Ülkeleri Düşünce Kuruluşları Platformu) Akil Kişiler Kurulu”nun ilk toplantısı 1 Mart 2012 tarihinde Azerbaycan’ın başkenti Bakü’de “3. İİT Ülkeleri Düşünce Kuruluşları Forumu” marjında aşağıda isimleri belirtilen kurul tarafından ve yine aşağıda verilen gündemle gerçekleştirilmiştir:
